On April 20th, CVA had the privilege of participating in the 7th Annual Community Leadership Collaboration Forum sponsored by Regions Bank.
The forum's goal is to assemble nonprofits and community leaders from Greater St. Louis to promote greater cooperation that benefits everyone. After opening remarks by Regions Bank representatives, Maxine Clark of Build-A-Bear fame offered her vision for her latest project, Delmar DivINe. Participants then broke out into smaller groups where they discussed issues currently faced by nonprofits in the St. Louis area. The entire gathering then reconvened to share findings.
Attending for CVA were Executive Director, Rachel Covington and Board Secretary, Jim Mosquera.
