Community Value Alliance (CVA) has been asked by Regions Bank to sponsor educational services to its non-profit cohort. To this end, CVA retained service provider O|Miga to deliver a training module in the first quarter on the topic of non-profit accounting. One of the participants recently expressed her thanks to CVA noting that information gleaned during that module prompted her to take immediate action for her non-profit.
Building on the success of that delivery, CVA recently engaged service provider Alliance Advisors to offer another module, this time on human resources topics such as outsourcing, HR responsibilities, employee handbooks, and recruiting.
With the success of these educational efforts, CVA is embarking on a bold approach to further non-profit knowledge. Stay tuned for more on this exciting development!
