Program Evaluation For Mission Impact

Program evaluation is one mechanism for establishing accountability in nonprofit organizations. This workshop introduces evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of nonprofit programs. Participants will learn the basics for how to incorporate evaluation to determine whether nonprofit programs are having the intended effects. Key Topics will include: 

1) Why Evaluate? 

2) Types of evaluation (i.e., fidelity, process, outcomes-based) 

3) SMART goals 

4) Logic Models

5) Ten step approach to developing an evaluation plan for a program/grant proposal.
