Overview:

 

  • Effective donor communications

  • Establishing your fundraising priorities.


Objectives


  • Conceptualize organizational “costs” (administrative, programmatic, etc.).

  • Create a preliminary fund development plan.

  • Understand how to construct varied donor conversation based on motivation, measurement of social impact, etc.

  • Participate in “mapping a world of funding” activity.
